Akkodis is seeking a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to join the ERP team in Brussels on a hybrid schedule. You will analyse change requests, evaluate options, consider impacts on existing systems and coordinate testing, deployments and documentation.

Required are 5+ years on SAP FICA and SAP IS-U with S/4HANA, strong SAP configuration skills and the ability to model business requirements, estimate effort and propose practical solutions. Dutch or French plus English are needed.

• 5+ years' experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Hands-on SAP FICA and IS-U experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with testing, deployments and documentation.

Role Overview

The consultant will join the ERP team and be responsible for analysing change requests, evaluating solution options, assessing impacts on existing systems, configuring SAP solutions, coordinating testing activities, supporting deployments, maintaining documentation, and resolving incidents and problems.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Functional Analyst.
• 5+ years' hands-on experience with SAP FICA as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong SAP configuration/customising experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to analyse business requirements, assess impacts, estimate effort and propose solutions.
• Experience supporting testing activities, deployment, incident management and documentation.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging.
• Fluent in either Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of the other language.
• SAP IS-U experience.
• Experience with modelling tools.
• Previous experience within a public sector or DGO environment.
