Koda Tech in Liège, Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP programmes as part of a major ERP transformation. This freelance role is based in Liège with a hybrid pattern (2 days remote per week) and requires strong leadership of multinational teams.

You will manage SAP S/4HANA migrations, rollouts and upgrades, oversee governance, budgets and stakeholder engagement, and ensure IT delivery aligns with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong experience delivering SAP programmes in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations.
• Knowledge of core SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP and WM.
• Experience managing multinational stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

I’m currently supporting a leading international organisation undergoing a major ERP transformation and looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP programmes and drive strategic change initiatives.

Location: Liège, Belgium

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days remote per week)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Freelance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programmes
• Manage SAP rollouts, upgrades and enhancements across multiple modules
• Oversee project planning, governance, budgeting and resource management
• Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate system integrators, implementation partners and technical teams
• Drive project reporting, decision-making and executive communication
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and IT delivery
• Contribute to project management governance and best practice initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager
• Strong experience delivering SAP programmes in complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations
• Knowledge of core SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP and WM
• Experience managing multinational stakeholders and delivery teams
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments

Nice to Have

• Experience working within large-scale SAP portfolios
• Understanding of SAP integrations, data migration and cutover activities
• Change management experience supporting business adoption and transformation initiatives
