In4Matic is seeking an experienced project management professional to support a migration initiative that underpins core business processes. You will shape the project from requirements through implementation, collaborating with stakeholders and guiding the delivery team in a structured, methodical way.

You will lead workshops, document requirements, and ensure alignment between business design and technology choices, while monitoring scope, quality, timing and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering.
• Solid knowledge of Agile ways of working.
• Experience with BPMN.
• Experience in a Product Owner-type context.
• Working knowledge of TFS.

• Lead the project delivery from requirements gathering through to solution implementation.
• Define the current and future-state business processes at an early stage of the assignment.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to collect information and document the necessary deliverables.
• Translate business needs into clear process definitions and implementation-ready documentation.
• Align future process design with the chosen technology and the organization’s working methods.
• Structure and coordinate the work of the development team.
• Ensure clear, timely communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor scope, quality, timing, and budget objectives and highlight any risks or issues.
• Propose solutions and explain their impact in a clear and practical way.
• Ensure the implemented solution remains consistent with the agreed business design.

Function

Our client is looking for an experienced professional to support a migration initiative involving several essential information tools that underpin core business processes. The goal is to modernize the environment while strengthening service continuity. In this role, you will help shape the project from the initial requirements phase through to implementation, working closely with stakeholders and guiding the delivery team with a structured and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Work arrangement: on-site presence in Brussels at least 2 days per week, with teleworking within Belgium.
