Job summary

Loop is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to shape the strategy behind our connected Sensewear and digital ecosystems. You will turn customer insights, data, and AI into products that customers love, leading initiatives from discovery through launch with a clear product vision.

Collaborating across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Commercial, you will drive the roadmap and scale Loop's digital ecosystems across apps and devices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in digital products, mobile apps, connected products, or digital ecosystems.
• Strong track record shipping digital products from discovery through launch.
• Experience working with Design, Engineering, Data, and cross functional product teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Loop's digital product strategy and roadmap.
• Identify, validate, and prioritise new digital product opportunities using customer insight, data, experimentation, and AI.
• Lead app features from discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Align teams and stakeholders around clear product priorities and strategic decisions.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Commercial to build high impact digital experiences.
• Shape go to market strategies, business models, and product adoption.
• Measure app performance, turning customer feedback and data into continuous improvements.
• Help build and scale Loop's digital ecosystem across apps, connected devices, APIs, and services.
