Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in business analysis, including project management across OPUS and feature ownership.
• Experience with Agile ideation and refinement, including OPUS ownership and feature ownership.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements while understanding relevant technical functionalities.
• Use MS Office confidently, including graphs and visualisations of data.
• Contribute effectively to testing activities and communicate progress, defects, risks and decisions.
• Work autonomously while maintaining structured stakeholder management, customer focus and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for OPUS and features, turning validated needs into deliverable scopes and requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ideation and refinement sessions, bringing business, product and delivery contributors to a shared solution.
• Coordinate stakeholders and contributors, maintain transparent communication, and escalate constraints, impediments, risks and issues.
• Produce functional analysis, mock-ups, graphs and data visualisations that clarify requirements and customer impact.
• Prepare and contribute to end-to-end testing, verifying new functionality and following up defects.
• Support onboarding and go-live by mapping business needs to delivered functionality and monitoring open points.
