Keystone Solutions is seeking an Expert Business Analyst to represent the Fraud Cluster on client sites. You will reinforce the customer servicing and efficiency tribe, lead end-to-end features, and own opus initiatives, aligning with product priorities and agile practices.

You will validate requirements with stakeholders, use visual aids, and ensure customer experience is central. Strong communication in Dutch, French, and English is required along with 6+ years in business analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level description of the role is not provided; Master’s degree or equivalent by experience is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Experience with Agile ideation and refinement techniques (EPIC/OPUS).
• Experience with Opus ownership role.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention/detection in banking is a differentiator.

• Reinforce the Fraud Cluster as an Expert Business Analyst within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe.
• Lead end‑to‑end features and opus ownership, guiding ideation and refinement.
• Collaborate with squad members and stakeholders to elaborate solutions per product priorities.
• Validate requirements with mock-ups and visuals; ensure customer experience aspects are covered.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for target solutions.
