Keystone Solutions is seeking an Expert Business Analyst to join a client-site mission within the Fraud Cluster. You will represent Keystone as you reinforce the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe and lead Opus ownership with agile ideation.

You will drive end-to-end feature work, collaborate with squad members, validate requirements with mockups, and support go-live with change management for banking fraud prevention projects.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis role.
• Experience with Agile ideation and refinement techniques.
• Experience with Opus ownership role.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection activities in the banking sector is a differentiating factor.

Responsabilités

• Reinforce the Fraud Cluster in the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe as an Expert Business Analyst.
• Lead end-to-end features and Opus owner responsibilities with Agile ideation and refinement.
• Collaborate with squad colleagues to elaborate solutions aligned with product priorities.
• Lead business analysis, facilitate needs collection, and coordinate stakeholders during ideation.
• Validate requirements with mock-ups and visuals, ensuring customer experience considerations.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities and report progress and risks.
• Support onboarding for new solutions and monitor go-live changes.
• Identify constraints, impediments, risks, and issues and communicate transparently.
