Rhox in Belgium is seeking a senior functional analyst to translate business needs into precise, implementation-ready requirements and process definitions. You will apply BPMN and UML to map as-is and to-be states, and you will lead workshops with business stakeholders to align objectives with IT delivery.

Working with Agile/Scrum teams, you will create user stories, use cases and functional documentation, support testing, and ensure delivery remains true to the business intent across services.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into precise, implementation-ready requirements and process definitions.
• Model current and future processes with BPMN and UML.
• Document requirements with use cases and user stories for ICT services.
• Apply Agile/Scrum delivery and connect analysis to testing.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate business workshops and meetings to build a shared understanding of processes, objectives and constraints.
• Map current and future business processes, identifying roles, decisions, hand-offs, dependencies and cross-functional impacts.
• Translate workshop findings into UML models, and create user stories and use cases for implementation.
• Align business stakeholders, analysts and implementation teams around clear, traceable requirements and agreed process outcomes.
• Verify during delivery and testing that the implemented solution remains consistent with the documented business solution.
• Communicate complex concepts through structured storytelling, clear documentation and targeted explanations for different audiences.
