team.blue is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the group’s planning, performance measurement and financial steering across a multi-brand, multi-entity structure.

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a four-person FP&A team, own the annual budget, rolling forecasts and the group’s performance narrative, and partner with executives and lenders to provide a single, credible view of performance and outlook.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience leading a Head/Director level finance team.
• Proven track record presenting to Boards, ExCo, and lenders.
• Experience in private-equity-backed, subscription, SaaS, hosting or technology businesses is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A for team.blue and own planning, reporting and business control.
• Shape the group’s performance narrative for CFO, ExCo, Board and lenders.
• Oversee end-to-end budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Ensure KPI framework, data integrity and a single source of truth across brands.
• Drive automation and finance transformation across the function.
