Mega is seeking a rigorous, business‑oriented Financial Controller to influence performance in a fast‑moving energy environment. The role combines FP&A framework development with actionable analyses and risk monitoring, providing visibility and ownership across the finance function.

You will develop and maintain an FP&A framework, support the Reporting & Financial Control Manager, and lead cross‑department initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or related field.
• 2 to 5 years' experience in financial audit, controlling, or FP&A.
• Analytical, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• IT-literate with Excel proficiency and comfort with big data.
• Fluent French with good English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain an FP&A framework to monitor daily performance.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and rollout of B2B reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and perform variance analysis vs budgets.
• Identify and monitor financial risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Lead cross-department projects and improve processes.
