Ageas is seeking an FP&A Manager to reinforce Group CFO’s performance management, planning and forecasting. You will lead multi-year financial planning, consolidate inputs and steer group-wide forecast cycles, aligning with budgets and strategy.

You will partner with Strategy, Investor Relations, Risk and Accounting, deliver executive performance reviews to the Board, mentor the FP&A team and drive benchmarking and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in FP&A, performance management, or corporate finance.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and insurance performance drivers; IFRS17 asset is a plus.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior management.
• Analytical mindset, business judgment and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to coach others and drive change within FP&A.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-year financial planning and target-setting at Group level.
• Consolidate inputs from all business lines into an integrated plan.
• Steer forecast cycles and monitor performance vs budget and strategy.
• Prepare executive performance reviews for the Board and CEO.
• Benchmark against peers and market data to inform decisions.
• Mentor and develop FP&A team; chair cross-functional projects.
• Represent FP&A in governance forums with Strategy, IR, Risk and Accounting.
