Coca-Cola Europacific Partners BELUX is seeking a Senior Manager PPM to act as the main finance business partner for the Home (Retail) Channel. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, or MBA with relevant experience.
• Significant experience in Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, FP&A.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue growth drivers.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary finance business partner to the Home Leadership Team.
• Drive insight into profitability by channel, customer, category and portfolio.
• Lead negotiations on customer terms, pricing, promotions, and trade investments.
• Analyse revenue and profitability and translate results into actions.
• Lead the Home Channel performance management cycle: monthly close, forecasting and reviews.
• Translate commercial strategy into financial targets and measures via LRP and ABP.
• Control and optimize revenue, trade investment and marketing budgets.
• Independently identify business risks and opportunities and drive actions.
• Continuously improve financial tools, reporting and planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, controls and internal policies.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives for business improvement.
