Stanley Black & Decker Belgium is hiring to lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business. You will develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports to enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across the cluster.

The role requires delivering strategic analytics initiatives, partnering with Finance, Commercial and IT, and driving adoption of new technologies in an international environment.

The Job:

• Lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
• Develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports that enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across the cluster.
• Drive the delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, scalable, and fit for evolving business needs.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.
• Support business growth by strengthening data capabilities across a broad international user base.
• Promote innovation, data literacy, and adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
• Translate business requirements into practical analytics and planning solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
