Stanley Black & Decker Belgium is hiring to lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business. You will develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports to enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across the cluster.

The role requires delivering strategic analytics initiatives, partnering with Finance, Commercial and IT, and driving adoption of new technologies in an international environment.

• Lead transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
• Develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports for scalable, data-driven decisions.
• Drive delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT to identify opportunities and deliver value.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
