Novutech, a dynamic digital transformation partner, is seeking a Senior Finance Accountant to own day-to-day accounting across the Group with NetSuite at its core. You will drive automation, ensure audit-ready compliance, and support scale in a fast-growing European environment.

You will lead month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and statutory reporting while collaborating with the Finance Manager to implement an AI-powered finance operating model.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally multi-entity/international.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite including supplier bills, journals, reconciliations, fixed assets and reporting.
• Experience with automation and AI adoption in finance processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own core accounting execution in NetSuite across all group entities, ensuring timely, compliant records.
• Process supplier, payroll-related and contractor invoices in line with policies.
• Prepare month-end journals including accruals, depreciation, allocations and payroll entries.
• Maintain audit-proof balance sheet reconciliations and resolve differences Monthly.
• Design automated booking quality controls and a structured month-end close calendar.
• Drive automation, AI-driven workflows, and revenue recognition across the finance stack.
