Job summary

Novutech is seeking a Senior Finance Accountant to own day-to-day accounting across European entities, with NetSuite at the core. You will drive automation, AI adoption, and scalable processes, reporting to the Finance Manager while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls.

You will work across a multi-entity finance team, implementing automated workflows, data accuracy, and timely month-end close, enabling scalable finance operations as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of accounting experience, multi-entity or international exposure.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with NetSuite and driving automation in finance processes.
• Comfortable collaborating with external accounting partners and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own core accounting execution in NetSuite across all Group entities, ensuring timely, compliant, and audit-ready records.
• Manage month-end close, including journals, accruals, amortisation, payroll entries, and fixed assets.
• Oversee treasury and cash operations, including bank connectivity and reconciliations across European entities.
• Support revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, VAT and statutory reporting, and AR/AP processes.
• Design automated controls, improve close calendars, and maintain audit trails for governance.
• Collaborate with Finance Manager to identify bottlenecks and automate workflows across connected tools.
