TSMG Holding is seeking Depot Specialists to support daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across Europe. Based at a dedicated depot, you will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected, and ready for deployment, assisting with preparation, fleet readiness, inventory management and day-to-day depot tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Drive both electric and conventional vehicles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable indoor and outdoor work environments.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, and deployment-ready.
• Verify cameras, LiDAR, radar, and sensors for self-driving readiness.
• Inspect pre- and post-shift vehicle status.
• Monitor battery levels and charging schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging.
• Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and safety standards.
• Track inventory of cleaning materials, charging accessories, PPE.
• Complete digital inspection checklists and fleet reports.
• Record vehicle status and charging information.
• Support continuous improvement to increase fleet availability.
