Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking a Senior Public Policy Manager to drive Europe-focused policy work, focusing on EU developments while supporting advocacy in Germany. You will analyze legislation, translate findings into policy positions, and coordinate with multiple teams to influence outcomes.

Based in Brussels or Frankfurt ( hybrid ), you will manage relationships with industry bodies, track policy developments, and represent FI at events to advance our strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in EU government relations, public policy or advocacy.
• Ability to produce clear, evidence-based analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across the business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse EU policy developments and regulatory trends.
• Develop positions aligned with Fidelity International's priorities and craft advocacy materials.
• Coordinate stakeholder outreach, events, and relationships with industry bodies.
• Represent FI at external events and maintain policy trackers and briefing materials.
