Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking a Senior Public Policy Manager to drive the public policy strategy across Europe, with a primary focus on EU developments and supporting advocacy in Germany. The role will analyze legislation, build evidence-based positions, and coordinate outreach with key stakeholders across the business.

You will collaborate with the Director of Public Policy, manage multiple priorities, and represent the company at external events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in EU government relations, public policy or advocacy.
• Ability to produce clear, evidence-based analysis.
• Manage concurrent priorities and deadlines.
• Build constructive stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Proficiency in German and English; additional European languages a plus.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse legislative, regulatory and political developments.
• Research complex issues and turn analysis into advocacy materials.
• Develop positions aligned with strategic priorities and coordinate stakeholder outreach.
• Represent Fidelity at external events and manage relationships with industry bodies.
• Maintain policy trackers and briefing materials.
