Talencia Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major ERP transformation focused on Supply Chain processes. You will coordinate functional and technical teams, manage analysis and design phases, and ensure milestones and dependencies are met.

The role requires coordinating stakeholders, external partners, and users, with strong experience in ERP environments and complex transformations. Fluency in French and English is required and you will report to the project governance team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, IT and partners.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes within ERP environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the overall ERP project planning and coordination.
• Coordinate multiple functional and technical workstreams and milestones.
• Define and monitor deliverables, dependencies, and priorities.
• Ensure alignment of all teams with project objectives and scope.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops and follow-ups.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and escalate blockers as needed.
• Provide regular status reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate the analysis phase with functional analysts and business stakeholders.
