Phoenix Technologies is seeking a Financial ERP IT Project Manager to lead technical ERP initiatives and coordinate between IT, finance, and external providers. You will oversee internal development teams, ensure data integrity, and drive successful deployment of ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Finance, 15+ years in project management and finance, and hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics, plus strong change management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage internal development teams, integrators, and software vendor on technical aspects.
• Coordinate interfaces between the IS and ERP and related developments.
• Supervise integration projects, data migration by integrator, and technical testing.
• Ensure technical quality of deliverables and compliance with IT/security standards.
• Liaise between IT, the functional Project Manager, and finance teams to remove roadblocks.
• Ensure knowledge transfer from integrator/publisher to internal IT teams and enable autonomy after deployment.

We are seeking a Financial ERP IT Project Manager to join our team. The role involves overseeing technical aspects of ERP projects, ensuring successful implementation of technological solutions, and managing relationships with both internal teams and solution providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal development teams, integrators, and the software vendor on technical aspects
• Manage local dependencies and interfaces between the IS and the ERP, and associated developments
• Supervise integration projects, data migration by the integrator, and technical testing
• Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and compliance with IT and security standards
• Liaise between the IT teams, the functional Project Manager, and the finance functional teams to remove roadblocks
• Ensure the transfer of knowledge from the integrator/publisher to the internal IT teams, and their optimal autonomy after production deployment

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance
• 15 years of experience in project management and finance
• 5 years of change management experience
• Proficiency in a major ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Mainframe experience
• Fluent in French (C2 level)
