Rhox is seeking a Senior ERP Program Manager to lead a large-scale financial ERP program in Wallonia, Belgium, covering accounting, budgeting, expenditure, revenue and treasury. You will align business requirements with the ERP solution and steer change management across finance, IT and executive governance while coordinating with a legacy mainframe landscape.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of information systems program management in a financial environment, with large‑scale and public sector exposure.
• Mastery of a major ERP platform (SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Deep knowledge of municipal accounting processes (expenditure, revenue, budget) under Belgian law.
• Experience in public procurement within formal governance and financial control frameworks.
• Digital transformation leadership via structured change management for finance users.
• Ability to align ERP governance with mainframe and other enterprise platforms.
• Executive stakeholder management across finance, IT and C‑level teams.

Responsabilités

• Govern the end‑to‑end financial ERP program across phases and entities, maintaining scope, budget, reporting and governance.
• Translate detailed business requirements into ERP decisions and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate finance functional experts, IT teams, integrators and vendors to align deliverables.
• Manage risks, dependencies and escalations with clear decision paths for executives.
• Ensure deliverables meet Belgian regulatory requirements, public procurement rules and IFRS reporting where applicable.
• Lead change management to drive adoption among finance users and leadership.
