You will oversee the implementation, evolution, and governance of the ERP system, ensuring alignment between accounting, management control, and treasury functions with deployed technology.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 15+ years in IT program management within a financial environment.
• Expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Extensive public sector experience in a large city.
• Deep knowledge of municipal accounting under Belgian legislation.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP program end-to-end: scoping, planning, budget tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate finance, IT, integrators, and vendors; prioritize tasks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations; ensure continuity.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, closures, and consolidation standards.
• Support change management for finance users and management.
