PwC Belgium is seeking a dynamic Senior Associate to join our Enterprise Risk Management team in the Financial Services sector. You will work with clients to design and implement robust risk frameworks, focusing on governance, regulatory readiness, and resilience in a rapidly digitising environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in ERM, risk advisory, or internal audit, strong communication, and experience with risk analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Alteryx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ERM, risk advisory, or internal audit within financial services.
• Strong understanding of non-financial risk categories and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in risk analytics, reporting tools, and GRC platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge on data analytics and dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and Alteryx
• English fluency; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance ERM frameworks aligned with banking regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments across business units.
• Benchmark ERM programs against industry standards.
• Facilitate risk workshops with business units.
• Analyze non-financial and enterprise-wide risks.
• Support scenario analysis, stress testing, ICAAP/ILAAP.
• Prepare risk dashboards, reports, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and BCP teams.
