PwC Belgium is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Senior Associate to join our Financial Services team. You will assess and design risk frameworks across banking operations, with emphasis on non-financial risks, IT/cyber, regulatory change, and governance enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in ERM, risk advisory, or internal audit within financial services.
Strong understanding of non-financial risk categories and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in risk analytics, reporting tools, and GRC platforms is a plus.
Knowledge on data analytics and dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and Alteryx.

Responsabilités

Support the development and enhancement of ERM frameworks aligned with banking regulations.
Conduct risk assessments across business units and identify exposures.
Facilitate risk workshops with business units to evaluate key exposures.
Analyse and report on non-financial risks and enterprise-wide risks.
Assist in development of risk appetite frameworks, KRIs and risk taxonomies.
Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and business continuity teams.
