Job summary

PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team within the Financial Services sector. You will help design, implement and enhance ERM frameworks for banks, addressing non-financial risks and regulatory expectations across client engagements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in ERM, risk advisory or internal audit, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across governance, processes, people and systems to improve resilience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ERM, risk advisory, or internal audit within financial services.
• Strong understanding of non-financial risk categories and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ERM frameworks aligned with banking regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments across business units.
• Lead or contribute to risk workshops with business units.
• Prepare risk dashboards, reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal audit, compliance and business continuity teams.
