ASM is seeking a Technican II in Process Engineering to join our lab-based team. You will work with corporate R&D equipment and metrology tools to measure, characterize wafers and support process development.

You will develop metrology recipes, perform lab operations, and deliver practical improvements to lab processes. A bachelor’s degree in engineering/physics/materials science and strong English communication are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in engineering/physics/materials science or equivalent.
• Understanding of physics of semiconductor devices and/or characterization is a plus.
• Experience with metrology tools is beneficial.
• Enjoy working in a fab/lab environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with international teams.
• Flexible in working times (early mornings/evenings/weekends).
• Good communication skills in English.

As a Technican II, Process Engineering at ASM, you will be enabling a team who develops new processes and applications for state-of-art integrated device flows.
