Sia in Brussels seeks a Senior Consultant to lead client projects, design key deliverables, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will also mentor juniors and contribute to business development while collaborating on proposals and internal initiatives.

The role involves taking ownership across engagements, driving impact, and being prepared for temporary international assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Master level engineering degree (Civil or Commercial).
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player with good communication skills.
• Strong interest in the energy sector.
• Analytical mind; able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics; able to build expertise quickly.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch is a must; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility on projects: design and deliverables, lead projects, build relationships with middle/top management, adapt concepts to client needs and facilitate workshops.
• Take up a team leadership role: coach and support new hires and juniors, mentor juniors quarterly.
• Contribute to business development and internal expertise: collaborate in sector/service groups, work on proposals, participate in commercial meetings, write papers and lead internal projects.
