Televic Conference is seeking a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to own the complete hardware lifecycle—from concept through validation to production. You will design embedded hardware platforms and multi-layer PCBs for next-generation communication systems, ensuring high reliability and regulatory compliance.

A strong background in analog/digital electronics and 5+ years in embedded hardware is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of hardware development for embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics.
• Experience with hardware validation, debugging and laboratory testing.
• Familiarity with communication interfaces and processor-based systems.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the complete hardware development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Translate product requirements into reliable and innovative hardware solutions.
• Design and develop embedded hardware platforms for next-generation communication systems.
• Multi layer PCB design (up to 12 layers).
• Component selection, processor platform decisions and high-speed interfaces.
• Direct contact with distributors and procurement.
• Drive hardware validation, testing and debugging for optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensure EMC, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring products to market.
• Support transition from prototype to production and ensure designs are manufacturable/testable.
• Contribute to technical decisions and continuous improvement within the hardware team.
