Job summary

Médiane Benelux, an engineering company specializing in embedded electronics, is seeking an experienced engineer to design and validate embedded electronic solutions for smart munitions and firing systems. You will lead hardware and software development, produce documentation, and collaborate across teams to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in embedded design, strong C/C++ and RTOS skills, PCB/FPGA expertise, and fluent French and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent through relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing embedded systems, including electronic boards and embedded software.

Responsibilities

• Design and dimension embedded solutions in line with the overall system architecture and technical constraints.
• Produce technical documentation: specifications, test plans, requirement traceability matrices, etc.
• Oversee and monitor subcontracted tasks and deliverables.
• Actively participate in integration and validation phases in collaboration with the IVVQ team.
• Analyze and resolve defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Take part in design and industrialization reviews.
• Provide technical support during product development phases (internal, client-facing, or supplier-related).
• Contribute to defining technical scopes (Statement of Work) and support continuous innovation.
• Build prototypes and development boards to validate concepts before final integration.
• Simulate analog circuits using tools like LTspice.
