Sphere Defense in Brussels is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join a hands-on, high-performance team. You will design and test autonomous countermeasures hardware, integrating high-speed digital and analog circuitry, and work with partners to bring up boards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s in Electrical Engineering, 4+ years of ownership of complex designs, proficiency with Altium or Cadence, and strong PCB/layout skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant experience with ownership of complex designs.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer and Cadence OrCAD/Allegro.
• Strong digital and analog electronics skills; PCB layout and BOM experience.
• Fluent English; French or Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop autonomous countermeasures hardware.
• Develop system architectures and electronic boards with high-speed peripherals.
• Board bring-up and validation against requirements.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams during design reviews.
• Draft production-level documentation and test plans.
• Mentor teammates and support the team.
