Job summary

Delta Engineering, the European leader in factory automation, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to own electrical design from concept to realization for complex machines. You will ensure high safety and quality standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

You will translate electrical descriptions into detailed guidelines, design electrical drawings in EPLAN P8, and create 3D layouts in EPLAN Propanel, while ensuring compliance with EN60204 and related standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial sciences (Electromechanics or Electrotechnics) required or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in machine building.
• Solid knowledge of electrical standards; UL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong experience with EPLAN P8; Propanel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and project planning for machines from concept to realization.
• Translate concepts into clear electrical guidelines for hardware design.
• Design electrical drawings in EPLAN P8 and 3D layouts in EPLAN Propanel.
• Ensure all designs comply with EN60204, MD, EMC, LVD and related standards.
• Create and update ERP work orders; collaborate with production during assembly.
• Develop and maintain electrical design guidelines and drive standardization.
