ProSource is currently seeking an experienced EHS Lead on behalf of a leading M&E contractor, delivering a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across Belgium. You will conduct EHS inspections, prepare RAMS, review subcontractor EHS documentation and deliver toolbox talks, inductions and EHS training.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a relevant health & safety role, a Level 7 qualification, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication to coordinate with site,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a health & safety role, ideally in construction, engineering or M&E.
• Level 7 qualification or higher in Environmental, Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or related.
• Strong knowledge of current health & safety legislation, regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with site, project and management teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct EHS inspections, identifying hazards and ensuring site compliance.
• Prepare and review RAMS, Risk Assessments and Safety Statements.
• Review and approve subcontractor EHS documentation.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and EHS training.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Attend H&S meetings and daily EHS briefings, providing professional guidance.
