ProSource is currently seeking an experienced EHS Lead on behalf of a leading M&E contractor, delivering a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across Belgium. You will conduct EHS inspections, prepare RAMS, review subcontractor EHS documentation and deliver toolbox talks, inductions and EHS training.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a relevant health & safety role, a Level 7 qualification, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication to coordinate with site,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a health & safety role, ideally in construction, engineering or M&E.
• Level 7 qualification or higher in Environmental, Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or related.
• Strong knowledge of current health & safety legislation, regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with site, project and management teams.

Responsabilités

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant Health & Safety role, ideally within the construction, engineering, or M&E sector.
• A Level 7 qualification or higher in Environmental, Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across site, project, and management teams.
