Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Systems & Processes, to lead the global strategy for planning systems and data across DPS.

You will drive the transition to a single APS and one ERP, overseeing governance, data standards, and advanced analytics to optimize service, inventory, and decision quality.

Lead a global team, partner with senior leaders, and ensure regulatory compliance during separation and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related discipline is required.
• Typically 15+ years in complex global supply chain, planning, digital, technology, or business transformation.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale APS and ERP transformation, process standardization, and separation programs.
• Deep knowledge of advanced planning concepts and end-to-end processes including demand, supply, inventory, and capacity.
• Strong ability to build business cases, govern large portfolios, and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the multi-year global strategy, target architecture, and investment roadmap for Planning Systems & Processes.
• Lead design, implementation, and adoption of a single enterprise APS integrated with ERP.
• Partner with ERP leadership to define planning requirements and transition to one ERP.
• Provide executive leadership for Company Separation across planning systems and apps.
• Establish global process ownership and governance for demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning.
• Standardize end-to-end planning processes across regions and sites.
• Chair cross-functional governance forums aligning Planning, Finance, IT, and data teams.
• Own the integrated transformation portfolio and executive communications.
