Job summary

Spektrum seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to support NATO NCIA projects, focusing on streamlining delivery and bridging development with infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience with container orchestration, CI/CD, and multi-cloud environments.

You will work on-site at the Belgium location, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile setting to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps or automated platform management experience.
• Experience deploying container workloads with Kubernetes, Rancher, RKE2, Docker.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, GitOps, and pipeline automation with GitLab, ArgoCD or Jenkins.
• IaC expertise with Terraform and Ansible for config automation.
• Experience with VMware and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Scripting in Bash or Python for automation.
• Observability stacks with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Strong problem-solving and agile teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Administer container orchestration platforms and onboard apps into production.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, delivery.
• Provision and manage hybrid on-prem and cloud infrastructure with IaC.
• Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting for reliability.
• Embed security controls into deployment pipelines and configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and deployment issues across agile teams.
