Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Designer to join our hybrid Brussels team, leading brand and digital design and shaping visual narratives across brand identities for diverse projects.

You’ll collaborate with strategists, developers, 3D artists, motion designers and copywriters, presenting and defending design decisions to clients and stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of design experience, ideally agency-side.
• Advanced Figma, AI and Adobe Suite skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong UI/UX principles, accessibility and design systems.
• Proven ability to lead projects or teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, 3D artists, motion designers and copywriters to bring ideas to life.
