Job summary

Syngenia SA offers a senior civil engineering role to design and dimension bridges, viaducts, tunnels, geotechnical structures and technical buildings at various project stages. The position involves feasibility, preliminary and detailed design while ensuring compliance with standards and coordinating with project teams.

You will supervise CAD designers in a BIM framework, contribute to planning and construction phasing, and analyze technical issues to propose pragmatic solutions within budget

Qualifications

• 10 to 14 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally on complex infrastructure projects.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Construction).
• Advanced proficiency in SCIA Engineer, AutoCAD, Revit and Office 365.
• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering; experience with D-Sheet or Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong rigor, organization and autonomy; excellent communication in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with good command of English.

Profile

• You have 10 to 14 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally on complex infrastructure projects.
• You hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Construction).
• You have advanced proficiency in SCIA Engineer as well as AutoCAD, Revit, and Office 365.
• You have knowledge of geotechnical engineering and ideally experience with D-Sheet, Civil 3D or similar tools.
• You demonstrate strong rigor, organization, and autonomy in your work.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
• You are capable of proposing pragmatic and realistic solutions aligned with project constraints.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good command of English.
