Catalay seeks an E&I Engineer to join an integrated industrial player active in detailed engineering, prefabrication, and on-site construction. You will be the technical reference on projects with high technical intensity, especially in data centers and modular piping systems.

You will design SLDs/OLDs, model cabling, and prepare datasheets for electrical equipment, while coordinating with piping, structural, and supply teams to ensure deliverables are consistent.

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial or electrical engineering.
• 5–10 years of E&I engineering experience in industrial environments, with data center exposure.
• Strong command of LV/MV electrical design and industrial instrumentation.
• English proficiency at B2/C level for international work.
• Interest in AI applications within engineering.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop SLDs and OLDs for LV/MV electrical architectures.
• Model complete electrical cabling: point-to-point schematics, cable sets and layouts.
• Prepare technical datasheets and specifications for electrical equipment (transformers, switchgear, cable trays, UPS, earthing).
• Develop instrumentation documentation: hook-up drawings, I/O lists, instrument lists and loop diagrams.
• Apply industrial communication protocols (HART, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, OPC UA) and control system architectures (ESD, SIL per IEC 61508/61511).
• Coordinate with detailed engineering, structural and supply chain teams to ensure consistency of electrical and instrumentation deliverables.

E\&I Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation)

sought to join an integrated industrial player active in detailed engineering, prefabrication and on-site construction. You act as technical reference on industrial projects with high technical intensity, particularly in the data center sector and modular piping systems. You work in an environment where documentation precision and cross-discipline compatibility (E\&I, piping, structures, HVAC) are critical.

Your responsibilities

• Design and develop Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and One Line Diagrams (OLD) for low- and medium-voltage electrical architectures.
• Model complete electrical cabling: point-to-point schematics, cable sets, layout plans and routing in coordination with piping teams.
• Prepare technical datasheets and specifications for electrical equipment (transformers, switchgears, cable trays, UPS systems, earthing).
• Develop instrumentation documentation: hook-up drawings, I/O lists, instrument lists and loop diagrams.
• Apply industrial communication protocols (HART, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, OPC UA) and control system architectures (ESD, SIL per IEC 61508/61511).
• Coordinate technically with detailed engineering, structural and supply chain teams to ensure consistency of electrical and instrumentation deliverables.

Your profile

• Degree in industrial or electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in E\&I engineering within an industrial environment, with prior exposure to data center projects.
• Strong technical command of LV/MV electrical design and industrial instrumentation.
• B2/C level English required to operate in an international context.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence applications within engineering.
