adesso Belgium is urgently seeking a Senior Databricks Platform Engineer for an international client. The role focuses on designing and building a Data Product Platform on Databricks with strong emphasis on platform architecture, governance, IaC, CI/CD, security, and enabling multiple teams to develop data products.

You will design Lakehouse architectures, build robust pipelines with PySpark, implement data governance, and set up CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Databricks-based data platforms.
• Experience with Unity Catalog and data governance.
• CI/CD/DevOps for Databricks using Enterprise GitHub.
• Terraform and IaC for cloud deployments.
• Expertise in Lakehouse patterns and data product enablement.

Responsabilités

• Design and build data platforms on Databricks.
• Ingest, transform and govern data with robust pipelines.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for notebooks, jobs, and pipelines.
• Implement IaC with Terraform and manage cloud resources.
• Define best practices and reusable components for the team.
