team.blue is seeking an experienced Senior Data Science Lead to guide a two-person data science team. You will stay hands-on, own complex projects end-to-end and drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will shape the data science roadmap, mentor peers, and partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate insights into tangible business value using ML, statistical analysis, and scalable pipelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in data science with 3+ years in lead/people management.
• Proven leadership in coaching data scientists and delivering.
• Hands-on credibility writing production-grade code and reviewing work.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align data work with business goals.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala and ML frameworks.
• Experience with SQL and large datasets; cloud platforms and big data tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a team of two data scientists.
• Stay hands-on with delivery of complex projects end-to-end.
• Manage backlog, priorities and delivery quality.
• Translate data into business insights for strategic decisions.
• Own the data science roadmap with leadership input.
• Develop predictive models and deploy machine learning solutions.
• Analyze data and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
