Job summary

Neurho Solutions in Belgium is seeking a Data Quality and MDM Expert to help ensure healthcare data is reliable and fit for use. You will validate incoming data and maintain reference and master data supporting analysis and decision-making.

You will translate business requirements into data validation rules, monitor data quality, and collaborate with data owners and stewards to drive improvements and governance across large data teams.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience with Azure Databricks.
• Ten years of experience in data analysis.
• Ten years of experience in data validation.
• Three years of experience in data governance.
• Three years of experience in data stewardship.
• Ten years of experience in data quality management.
• Seven years of experience in master data management.
• Seven years of experience in reference data management.
• At least five years of professional experience in a data quality or master data management role.
• At least seven years of practical professional experience in large data teams.
• Three years of experience with SQL.
• English at C1 level.
• French at C1 level.
• Dutch at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into data validation rules and monitoring processes.
• Analyse data flows and define, document and maintain technical and business quality controls.
• Run assessments, report on results and coordinate remediation with data owners and data stewards.
• Maintain and monitor reference data throughout its lifecycle, and support improvements to master data quality.
• Assess new data flows and datasets, identifying opportunities for quality improvement and contributing to documentation and governance.
• Configure and improve data validation and reference data management solutions.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to promote data quality practices.
