Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer in Ghent, Belgium (hybrid). You will own data products end-to-end, leveraging SQL, dbt, Python, and BigQuery to deliver scalable, reliable data solutions for enterprise customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Expert-level SQL and hands-on dbt experience, including incremental models, testing, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Strong data-warehouse fluency with BigQuery or equivalent, diagnosing cost/performance issues.
• Experience using Python for data analysis and data-product development, with testing, documentation, data quality, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and improve production data models and products using SQL, dbt, Python, and BigQuery.
• Turn business questions into scalable solutions from scoping to delivery.
• Diagnose data quality, query cost, and performance across large datasets.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Commercial, and Account Management to define requirements and timelines.
