Lighthouse, a leading hospitality data platform, is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer in Ghent. You will own end-to-end data products, from scoping and modeling to QA and delivery, leveraging SQL, dbt, Python, and BigQuery.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Data Science, Engineering and Commercial teams, with strong emphasis on scalable data delivery and AI‑assisted workflows. Join a data‑driven company building real‑time intelligence for hotels worldwide.

Qualifications

• Expert-level SQL and dbt with production deployment experience.
• Strong data-modeling skills and ability to handle large datasets.
• Fluent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with BigQuery; Python for data analysis and data-product development.

Responsabilités

• Design and build production data models and data products.
• Translate questions into scalable data solutions from scope to delivery.
• Improve data quality, performance, and cost efficiency across datasets.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Commercial and Account teams.
• Apply AI to speed up development, analysis, and documentation.
