Lighthouse, a data company, is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer in Belgium (Ghent) with hybrid work. You will build scalable data products, own end-to-end data delivery, and apply AI to accelerate development and quality checks.

This role emphasizes production data modeling, cost-aware data processing, and collaboration across Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams. You will work with SQL, dbt, Python, and BigQuery, and contribute to an evolving on-call rotation for enterprise data

Qualifications

• Expert-level SQL and production dbt experience, including incremental models and testing.
• Strong data-modeling skills with experience handling large datasets.
