Sia is seeking a bright and dynamic junior engineer consultant to support transformation projects across client organisations. You will engage in data structuring, benchmarking, interviews, and process mapping, contributing to practical solutions and knowledge sharing.

Preferred candidates have a University Master in Civil or Business Engineering, 0–3 years’ consulting experience, and a passion for energy and data/AI topics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in Energy and data/AI topics.

Responsabilités

• Involve in transformation projects at our clients.
• Execute project assignments including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc.
• Take up team support roles and contribute to knowledge sharing within the business units of the industries we serve.
• Collaborate in a fast growing company with entrepreneurial fibre.
