team.blue is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Central Data Platform and build a robust, scalable 360-degree view of customers across 60+ brands. You will design data products, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, and govern data for AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with Analytics, ML, and AI teams, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-growing multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering or data management.
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.
• A proven track record deploying high-performance data solutions that drive value.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver scalable data products providing a unified source of truth across a multi-brand ecosystem.
• Build and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines with high availability and low latency.
• Lead secure, cost-efficient data architectures and promote best practices.
• Implement data governance with lineage, metadata, and quality controls.
• Collaborate with Analytics, ML, and AI teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Tune pipelines for performance, indexing, and schema evolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence.
