SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide.

For one our clients based in Eastern Europe, we are currently looking for a Senior Data Architect.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to design and establish the data architecture for a cutting-edge Azure Databricks solution focused on automating tax reporting. This role will involve managing the ingestion of daily data feeds and producing outputs on the scale of billions of forms per client, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Details:

• Role: Senior Data Architect
• Location: 100% remote
• Working overlap needed with client in USA: Minimum 2-6pm CET, preferred 2-7pm CET
• Start: asap
• Duration: 6 months+ extension

Scope:

• Develop and establish robust data architecture for new, greenfield solutions using Azure Databricks.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Design cloud-ready solutions leveraging Azure infrastructure and platform services.
• Analyze complex data requirements to translate them into effective data management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Communicate data architecture decisions and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Skills:

• Strong previous experience working in a data architecture and data-driven role.
• Understanding of what makes sense to be used for specific scenarios and use cases from an architecture perspective, while considering also cost efficiency of the proposed architecture.
• Knowledge of various patterns and standards, how to design scalable, secured and high performing architectures.
• Cloud-ready architectures utilizing Azure infrastructure and platform cloud services.
• Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data management solutions.
• Experience with development using agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication to convey data architecture decisions and recommendations.
