SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of the world's most prestigious firms and has successfully completed projects worldwide.

For one of our clients based in Czech Republic, we are currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer to develop new GenAI applications.

Details:

Location: Remote with possible occasional in-person team sessions, workshops, or gatherings (likely once a quarter) in the EU.
Partial overlap with USA and EU working hours.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with potential extension.

Project Description:

Emerging Tech Developers create rapid proofs of concept to test hypotheses about applying emerging technologies to business use cases. We explore AI, Blockchain, IoT, Robotics, Virtual Reality, and Augmented Reality. The lab's role is to generate prototypes, demos, and learnings for teams and clients to decide on technology investments.

Scope:

The main focus is supporting the development of assets like plugins to advance our AI strategy. We also leverage ongoing AI R&D initiatives to drive innovation.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience
Excellent English communication skills
Strong expertise in Python, especially FastAPI, Pandas, and NumPy
Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
Proficiency in Prompt Engineering
Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models
Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex
Experience with multi-agent libraries/frameworks such as CrewAI, Autogen, and Taskweave
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions
Knowledge of other cloud platforms is a plus, but Azure experience is mandatory
Understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, integration, and warehousing
Ability to work with large datasets for cleaning, transformation, and manipulation
Experience with version control, CI/CD, testing, and Docker
Proficiency in .NET technologies like C# is a plus
Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices is a plus
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Good communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
