Rhox, a service organisation in the Belgian social-profit sector, seeks a senior Data and Analytics Manager to oversee MS SQL Server, JSON, XML, and Power BI reporting. You will manage data flows between external partners and internal users, ensuring GDPR-compliant handling and reliable database structures.
You will coordinate external developers, specify needs, review changes, and drive testing and implementation.
A service organisation established by social partners supports joint committees and social funds across the Belgian social-profit sector through administrative, ICT and logistics services. Its shared databases and data flows are developed with internal users, external developers and sector partners, making this senior Data and Analytics Manager role centred on MS SQL Server, JSON, XML, Power BI, Power Query and database management.
The ICT function maintains a common database for several non-profit entities and funds, alongside separate databases, forms, applications and reporting datasets. Data arrives from users and external partners, with regular exchanges involving public-sector data organisations such as RSZ and KSZ. These services support non-profit organisations throughout Belgium, where accurate records are needed for institutions, training requests, subsidy files and related administration. The common database requires controlled access, reliable backups, accurate structures and GDPR-compliant handling.
You will manage data flows between external partners and carry database improvements from requirements through testing and implementation. An external development partner delivers much of the shared database code, so you will specify needs, review changes with key users, analyse test results and coordinate corrections. Your scope also covers user support, key-user training, reporting, cross-source comparisons and daily coordination with ICT colleagues and suppliers. You report to the ICT Manager and raise licence, budget or complex user issues when required.
Hold a bachelor's-level qualification or demonstrate equivalent professional experience in IT, data or database management.
